Hi! I’m Emily, 27 years old & a full time professional looking for a flatmate at The Slate Yard in Salford (M3) for the end of April.

Our flat is on the 5th floor overlooking the River Irwell, a Sainsbury’s is right across the road for your convenience and Salford Central train station is roughly a 7/10 minute walk from our building- a great location if you commute longer distances to and from work!

We have social events run through our buildings, we have a gym located in the Flint building as well as a bin room for recycling, a private dining room for you to rent & use, as well as a parcel room so all of our deliveries are safe.

If you work from home, we have a beautifully calm working space in the Quartz building with complimentary refreshments 24/7. Fancy going into the city? it’s a 20-25 minute walk, however if you’ve had one too many cocktails or have too many shopping bags and need to get an uber it’s usually around £5-£10.

Your bedroom has a comfy king size bed with 2 large drawers, a fitted wardrobe & a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet & sink with a generous large unit for plug-in razors and/or toothbrush & toiletries. We have a lovely shared kitchen, living space & storage cupboard which has our washer in. We have a toaster, kettle & microwave which is for us to share- so no need to worry about buying these! I do also own a coffee machine & milk frother which I’m more than happy to share also.

I am looking for somebody who will help keep the flat clean & tidy, somebody reliable & will pay their half of the bills on time every month & I would prefer a non-smoker/non-vaper. No couples or students please. Deposit is (roughly) £1,755 as you pay for one month in advance, however upon leaving or ending your tenancy, you will receive the £800 security deposit back provided you look after the flat & abide by the tenancy agreement (12 months)

Rent for the room itself is £763 each + council tax (around £93-£95 each) + water & electric. All in all it will be around £950 for everything which is a great price for the amenities we have, the location and quality of living! Wi-fi is included in rent.
