Hi girls, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bedroom flat in Salford by the 1st of May as I need to move back home.
It's a 10 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop and around 30 minute walk in to the city centre so it's a great location!
You would be living with my two current flatmates Emma and Leyla, they are both 26 so are looking for someone aged 24-30. They would like to find someone who could become a friend! They enjoy a night infront of the telly, making dinner together, a pub quiz, having a mooch around town etc!
The rent is £616 a month, council tax is £64, wifi is £11, electric is £69 and water is £29 (but we are trying to get a cheaper deal on electric!)
You would have an ensuite bathroom, and Leyla and Emma share a bathroom. The flat is furnished and has access to a gym with a sauna and steam room, studio, workspace, entertainment room and a roof top terrace. There is also secure parking for an additional charge.
