2 Double rooms near Salford Royal

I’ve got two double rooms coming up in my home and I’m looking for friendly, easy-going professionals to share the space with

📍 Location: M55HA – really handy for getting into town, with a tram line less than 5 min walk, 20 min walk from Salford Royal Hospital (if you're working there)
Also 20 minute drive/uber ride to the airport

The House:
It’s a relaxed, clean, and comfortable place to live. There’s a shared kitchen, living area, and bathroom, plus super fast WiFi (1TB) It’s definitely more of a relaxed home than party one, although I do like to host dinner and have friends over

The Rooms:
Both are good-sized double rooms, fully furnished with everything you need and plenty of natural light.

About Me:
I live here too, I’m friendly, easy going, work from home and like to keep the place tidy. Always up for a chat now and then, also appreciate space

Looking For:
Ideally other professionals who are clean, considerate, easy to get along with. Someone who wants a relaxed and friendly home rather than just a place to sleep. Happy to share a plate or two - I tend to overcook, also I hit the gym frequently for the same reason.

Rooms are available now

Although not a private driveway, there's plenty of space to park outside of the house, there's also a small office space in the house should you need it.
