I’m looking for someone to take over a double room available in an 11th floor, 2-bed flat at Blackfriars as my flatmate is moving out with their partner.

The room is fully furnished with a built in wardrobe, double bed, drawers and beside tables. You would also have sole use of the main bathroom. It is a corner flat so is spacious and has loads of natural light, with a south facing balcony.

The building also has good amenities such as cinema room, outdoor terrace, gym and small co work space.

Rent is £750 per month and bills usually come to around £200 ish (incl £96 council tax).

A little about me - I’m 28, originally from Belfast and I work in finance, in the office 3 days a week. I try and go to the gym most evenings and enjoy a clean, tidy flat but also love a glass of wine and the occasional night out.
