Looking for a female flatmate to join two girls already living at my flat.
I am renting out my double room in a three-bed flat share in Salford- located next to Regent Road Retail Park, a 15 minute walk away from Manchester City Centre.
Rent is £700 including all bills, the room is available for 3 and a half months roughly when the tenancy ends in August.
Happy to rent to profesionals or students, but you'll need to be considerate of those living there currently as they work 9-5.
The flat comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers- happy to leave the desk if required.
There is a bathroom which is shared with one other flatmate, along with a kitchen and living area with TV etc.
