Double Room with en-suite

We are looking for a third housemate to replace one who is moving out, with the new contract starting from the 10th of May.

The room is furnished with everything you see in the photos apart from the desk and shelving units, it does also have an en-suite. There are 2 of us currently in the house, we are both easy going, clean and have our own separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house has a drive and a garage, there is one car currently here and so there will always be space for a second. We are located 5 minutes away from Salford Quays tram stop and not too far away from several shops.

All in currently we are paying ~£710 but this could go up slightly as we have not had confirmation if the rent will increase with the new contract (if it does the deposit required may increase too), if you’d like a breakdown of the costs let me know!

You’ll be living with a male and female both who enjoy our own space but I would definitely be up for some more social things such as drinks, food etc!
