My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take his place! I've lived here for two years now and would love to renew the tenancy. It's a great location -
30min walk to City Centre
30min walk to MediaCity
30min walk to University of Salford main campus

and spacious with identical rooms and en-suite bathrooms! The building includes a concierge, gym/sauna and study spaces. It is a 5min walk from Regent Retail Park and Sainsbury's.

Rent is £675pcm each
with bills coming to about £175 (subject to change based on use of course)
Council Tax Band: B

I'm currently planning to decorate the place more (bookshelf, rug, cushions, artwork) as it's seriously lacking some colour!

About me:
I am 24 and work a 9-5 nearby. I love films, collecting records, reading and travelling (recently went to Peru!). I'd like to consider myself a chill flatmate and won't be throwing any big parties haha. I am always open to those that are Neurodivergent/LGBT/have accessibility needs

I'm looking for:
Preferably someone on a similar schedule to me (as to not disturb each other) and a similar age but of course I am open to many people. All I ask is you keep the kitchen and shared space clean and tidy!
