Description
Hey! I'm moving to London, so looking for someone to take over my room in early July.
Your housemates will be two women, one a journalist and another in youth work, who are very easygoing and quiet.
The room is spacious, with high-ceilings and lots of natural light. It's spacious with a double bed and cupboard doubling up as a full mirror. We also have a parking space and neither of us have a car, so you are welcome to that. Council tax band is C.
The house is a new build in Ordsall, around the corner from Orsdall Park and 10 minutes from two tram stops (Exchange Quays and Salford Quays).
There's loads of amenities around, and a brand new Aldi is opening up just a two minute walk away, as well as a PureGym. There's two corner shops nearby, and great cycle routes.
We've been here a while now and it's a great tenancy, with a very responsive landlord. The downstairs is one large communal space with a living room and kitchen.
We've put no to pets but if that is a sticking point we can have a chat about it! We'd prefer no students to avoid complications with council tax stuff, but again we can have a conversation about it.
Let me know if you have any more questions, super happy to help!
