We are two girls looking for a new housemate since one is moving out due to a new job!! We both work in media in Spinning fields and met on spare room in November so we looking for someone to be our 3rd new bestie.
Flat is fully furnished and about 20/25 min walk into the city centre. Bathroom is shared with one of the girls. Bills aren’t included in price of the rent which is £665 but we pay around £130 per month (council tax, water, electricity & heating)
