The flat is in a very convenient location, around 7–8 minutes’ walk to the shopping centre. The bedroom is very large and comes with a private bathroom. There is also a large wardrobe, balcony access, and a bathtub.

You will share the living room and kitchen with my former flatmate. She is a Chinese student, quiet and respectful, and usually enjoys watching dramas and reading. She does not like parties or bringing boyfriends home, so this flat would suit someone who is tidy, respectful, and prefers a peaceful living environment.
