I have got double room available in 2 bedroom apartment situated in the New Broughton Village development (Great Clowes Street)

The room comes fully furnished including bed, large 2 door wardrobe and a mirror.
The property is on the doorstep of a local shop, close to transport links and is within 1 mile walking distance to Manchester city centre.
There is also a secure parking space available if required.
Rent £475 per calendar month with all bills included. Plus a security deposit £400 refundable if deciding leaving.
The flat itself is no smoking and no pets.

Ideally looking to share with someone friendly, easy going, down to earth respectable and LGBT friendly.
Someone that will hopefully become decent friend over time, rather than us passing by now and then saying morning and night to each other ... someone that will treat it like home, rather than just place to crash.

A bit about me, professional (work Mon-Fri) down to earth, easy going, open minded. I have got quite demanding job so during the week I most likely to relax at home after work and watch Netflix.
Whenever I'm not working like to go to the gym, catch up friends, nights out the usual stuff really ... cinema, restaurants etc.
However, I like home to be home and prefer to leave all the partying back in the clubs or bars, don't mind a few drinks before going out like.
I'm not a neat-freak but I like to keep the place tidy and would expect any potential flat mate to do so as well.
