WANTED: Nice flatmate, preferably salsa dancer

My flatmate is moving out, so I need a replacement. If you are a girl and if you dance (or intenting to), you will have priority. I while ago I had discovered the joy of dancing and I would like to find someone who shares the same passion so we can dance together.

There is free off-street parking with fob required for entrance. Fob is required for access the front yard and the building. Cameras are supervising entrances as well.

The room is big and with a lot of light. There is a sofa and a small table. 100Mbit broadband as well. Space for BBQ in the front yard... Bills are not included.

The place is well connected. Salford Shopping Centre and Media City UK (where there is another shopping mall) are 10 -15 mins walking or a few bus stops. Bus and tram stops are less than 5 mins away. No50 bus goes from Media City UK - Salford City College - Salford Shopping Centre - University of Salford - Manchester - University of Manchester... Tram Eccles - Media City UK - Cornbrook - Manchester. Salford Royal Hospital is 2 tram stops away.
You get excelent place for a low price and a tolerant and quiet flatmate. Just to prove that, we can change some terms defined in this advert.
You are required to do your part of cleaning regularly. Any dispute should be solved by conversation.
