- Room comes with shared kitchen and bathroom.
- Apartment shared with two flatmates, both are easygoing and friendly but not too loud.
- Apartment is first floor, and the building has security staff.
- Access to outdoor courtyard, communal gym and social room facilities available to residents of the building, as well as regular events organised by the building’s owners (Campus Living Villages)
- Building contains a laundrette, and there is a Tesco Extra as well as a shopping precinct within 5-10 minutes walk.
- Salford Crescent station is around 5 mins walk away, providing easy access to Manchester City Centre, and the 50 bus to MediaCityUK has a stop 2 minutes away from the building.

The rent for the Silver room is £101.50 p/wk, including bills and wi-fi, and would be contracted until July 3rd 2018. The room will be available from JANUARY 3rd 2018, allowing enough time to move in before the end of the Christmas break. The room is available to STUDENTS ONLY. There are no problems with the room, I am only leaving due to personal reasons causing me to withdraw from university.
