Looking for new flatmate in a quirky Salford flat!

My good friend and flat mate has unfortunately had to move out, so I'm looking for a new flatmate in our very quirky Salford flat! There's Regent Road Retail park just up the road which has all the local amenities you'll need Sainsburys Superstore/JD Gym/Boots etc! Not to mention, there's a McDonald's and a KFC even closer (good news for some depending on your dietary preference haha)! You can walk to town in 15 minutes along the canal which is a lovely walk, so you'll find yourself saving plenty on transport if your work is based in the city. If you cycle, even better!

The flat is in a gated community, situated on the 3rd floor (but there's a lift if you're as lazy as me). There's also an allocated car space to the flat and I don't drive, so you're welcome to use that! Both bedrooms in the flat are the exact same double size with storage, with pretty bold colour schemes haha (it has changed since then, but if you're not a fan of loud colour schemes, this may not be for you). The bathroom has a bath/shower etc (with great shower pressure I must add), and there's a storage cupboard in the hall where you can find the washing machine/storage for suitcases etc. The open-plan living room/kitchen space is a really nice open space, and the 2 couches are quite frankly the comfiest in Manchester.

I'm looking for a young professional flat mate like myself - ideally a single female working full time. My shifts are typically Monday-Friday day shifts, so I'm pretty chilled throughout the evenings. But I'm always up for food/coffee/some drinks after work/at the weekend, so someone social and bubbly would be lovely. And someone who shares a similar love for Netflix duvet nights, obviously.

I'm looking for a friend as well as a flat mate, but I am respectful of other people's space too. The landlord is also a family friend, so I'm looking for someone to respect the flat and our neighbours as I do - standard stuff really!
