The Hive offers shared, affordable accommodation in Salford, within close proximity to Manchester city centre.

Each modern apartment is shared between two people and residents are able to make use of a range of communal on-site facilities, such as a secure gated car park, communal garden/terrace area, large communal lounge and laundry facilities. If requested, where possible we will try our best to two friends who wish to live in the same apartment.

Each apartment comes fully furnished throughout, it contains two bedrooms (lockable) which come with a bed, wardrobe, cupboards, a desk and chair. The kitchen is shared between the two residents and is filled with all the utensils and crockery that you will need. Each flat also features a separate bathroom and comfortable lounge fitted with a sofa, small dining table with two chairs and a TV, as well as much more.

For those who like to socialise, The Hive features a popular communal area with an added kitchen, a communal garden area with decking, and free on-site laundry facilities are available. The facility also provides secure parking for residents plus free Wi-Fi.

The weekly rental price is just £88.00, this includes council tax, gas and heating, water and sewage. Residents are required to pay for their electricity separately through a meter in their apartment.

Charlestown is a popular residential area of Salford, close to the wide array of shopping, leisure and culture in Manchester City Centre. The Hive is situated near the popular Salford Shopping City which has a range of high street stores plus Tesco and Aldi supermarkets and a Pure Gym. The stunning Peel Park and The University of Salford are also just a short walk away.

Charlestown is a great place to live for those who commute to work with the East Lancashire Road providing routes to Warrington and Liverpool, and there are regular buses across Salford and into Manchester City Centre, as well a being close to a tram stop.
