Property features a living room, dining area, laundry, kitchen and storage. Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms and a shared bathroom(very clean). There is a back patio where you can also relax and entertain friends. Rent is inclusive of the following bills; energy, cleaning, tv licence, water council tax and broadband.

It is 1 minute away from the nearest bus stop, 6 minutes walk from Langworthy Tram Stop and 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre, Salford Royal Hospital. You can get to Manchester Piccadilly by bus in 15 minutes for here.

Please note, I will require evidence of full-time employment and a copy of your ID for verification purposes only. A fully refundable security deposit of £700 will also be required.
