Double room near Media City and Hope Hospital

Friendly home with two double rooms at £360 pcm and £380 per month plus monthly bill share. Three existing chilled but hard-working house-mates. Walkable for both Metrolink tram, Media City and Salford Royal (Hope) Hospital. Having lived here 15 years, I've decorated to my own style, which is a mix of contemporary (bathroom and kitchen) and some old pieces (I like art, parchment and wood tones!). People say its a nice home, but its also true that it has to be your thing to appreciate it too! The rooms available are both at the front of the house which is nice and sunny in the mornings. The upstairs room is available from 12th July (£380) and the downstairs room (£360) is available now. The gas and electricity bills are shared between the house, which over winter is about £20 each per month, and summer £10 each per month. Council tax, wifi and water are included.
