Double Bedroom, New Build, Inc Bills

Hi, I'm Adam, a 30 year old business manager from Jersey. My flatmate and myself are moving into this brand new flat on the 23rd of November and are looking for a third person! Basically the flat is just that nice that we thought we'd snap it up and worry about finding a third person later, but now is later. It's a brand new building so you'd be the first person staying in the room!

It's got communal areas like a garden, library, cinema, 24 hours gym, even a big dining room/kitchen you can rent out if you want to host dinner parties! Oh, and this particular flat is on the 8th floor with amazing south-west facing views! You would only be sharing a bathroom with one other, and both of us are very clean and tidy people anyway. All bills are included in the price and there is parking available but at extra cost through the estate agent and subject to availability.

Ideally we're looking for someone who's in a professional role or similar, has similar interests (but not essential) but also someone who is friendly like us, very easy to get on with, loves a chat, a beer, and sharing a movie/tv show, but also respects personal space and privacy. We would welcome any pets except cats because sadly I am allergic.
