I love this flat. The view and balcony is amazing. The in built utilities and full bathroom (bath/shower sink toilet) and stunning amounts of storage space is staggering for a studio. The 24 hour concierge is an incredibly helpful service. The flat is easy to heat and well insulated so I rarely have the heating on even in the height of winter.

It will be a wretch to leave but anyone who does move in here (ideal for young professionals couple of single) will absolutely love it.

Hyperoptic is installed and new occupants will receive a 30day free trial. You can get online as soon as you can and have a month with internet to decide if you'd like to keep or change provider.

Council tax comes in at around £90 a month with a 25% single payer discount.

Energy supplied by EON (electricity) come in at around £25 a month and Water (United Utilities) is usually around the same.

I don't have a car, but there is an underground car park with a space per flat that you can organise with the letting agent. There is also an onsite maintenance service called Buzz who are speedy and very reasonable in terms of rates.

You are a 2 minute walk from Exchange Quay tram stop and can be in the city centre in 8 minutes.
