I'm moving out of my flat and require someone to replace me.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, there is already one person living here who is a nice guy that's easy to get along with.
There are 2 rooms available in the flat, one has an en-suite. It's the Clippers Quay in Salford, next to the river and across from the tram stop so it's good for travelling. The remaining tenant may also move out if there are 3 people looking to move in.
The rent in whole is 1500 a month (minus bills) so 500 each between 3 people, if you plan on taking one room and the other is empty it would then be 750 each. I need someone to replace me ASAP.
