I have one double room available from the 9th August 2022. The flat is a three bedroom flat and has two other flatmates who are all professionals. There is a main bathroom which is shared with one other tenant.

The double room is fully furnished with a bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and electric heater.

Each room has its own lock with key.

The remaining flat is also fully furnished including microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, sofas, dining table and 4 chairs, toaster and even kettle!

The broadband is included but any extra calls made using the landline are not. Electricity and water are included subject to fair usage. Council tax is included.

I live closeby so available if any issues.

There is a tram stop (ladywell) directly outside the property which goes directly into town and to media city. There is a retail park with groceries and a gym around the corner.

Walking distance to Salford Royal.
