Beautiful new build ensuite double

A new build apartment opposite exchange quay tram stop (10mins into town) it's a double en suite room that has rarely been used. On the top floor so no-one walking around above you either!
The building has a gym, co working space, dining room and cinema room. There is also a co-op shop and amazing coffee shop in the building. We are right by the water and have a great view out over towards the city centre.
I do have a Pomeranian dog though so should probably let you know that in advance if you were to consider it, but he is super friendly and adorable!
I would be looking for someone to share the while apartment with. It works out around 800 a month with all bills.
I work in the city and my main interests are the cooking, gym and yoga. Also i'm a nutritionist and LOVE to cook (I'm vegan but promise not preachy about it although it would be preferred) and I do quite often want a recipe tester!
Happy to consider Monday-Friday or full week rentals.
Superfast WiFi is included and other Bills come to around £150-200 per month
