There is on site gym, communal space and cinema room together with a supermarket adjacent to the property. 2 mins walking distance of MediaCityUK and the Lowry Outlet Mall and lies directly above Harbour City tram stop to Broadway tram stop and 5 mins to Salford Quays stop. Manchester city centre is just 15 mins by tram.

This council tax @ £90 per person per month and energy is roughly £40-£60 per month.
