Hi future flatmate,

1 double bedroom to rent from the 1st of September in a spacious shared flat (of 3 bedrooms) in the location of Dock Office, Salford Quays.

Price:
The price is 430pcm (bills are not included).
The bills to be added will be 120 pounds. So total rent is 550 pcm.

Rental period:
For 6 month (renewable) from September 1st.

Flatmates:
We are two professional women aged 25 and 36 working in an IT company. One of our roommates is leaving at the end of August and we would like to welcome another roommate for the beginning of September. We are easy going. We bring an important place to the cleaning of the flat. We like to have nice dinner over the weekend but also chill in front of Netflix.

Bedroom: Furnished. Double bed. White wall and bright bedroom. The bathroom is to be shared with one of the flatmates. (see pictures)

Other areas:
Duplex flat (2 floors) The living room is very spacious - a big dinning table, kitchen and a TV area with a nice couch. And another bathroom downstairs that we use for guests.

Location:
Dock Office is a very nice location - only 1 minute walk from Salford Quays tram stop! And Deansgate-Castlefield being only a 10 minute journey away.

Media City UK, The Lowry and it's shopping centre are 7min away by walk.
