The kitchen is fully stocked with your standard amenities (oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery) and the bedroom is fully furnished.
There are 2 tram stops just around the corner which get you into the city centre in 20 minutes.

I am a final year medical student so I am looking for a young professional and someone who is relatively quiet - inviting friends over is perfectly fine I just don't want someone who wants to have a house party as often as they can! I try to keep the flat nice and tidy so someone who is similarly minded would be essential!
