great townhouse in a great location of greater manchester...
the house backs on to a river where you can take part in several activities of water sports...

this house provides you with a at home mini gym which includes an incline running machine, pull up bars and sit up bench, were less than a two minute walk away from the metro link which is allocated at the beggining of the street, your also walking distance from media city.
the amenities near by include
virgin active gym with pool, pure gym... all in walking distance which is great if you like to worout..
theres also a few bars near by including, alchemist, dockyard and the botinist plus a few more,
food places such as waggamammas, nandos, pizza express presso ect...

looking for someone easy going, respectful, good to chat with, tidy and also someone that cleans up after themselfs as this is has caused tension in the past :(

apart from that the house is a really relaxed household, tennants are all usually around the same age to keep a good balance... we like to become friends and family in this house we al have our own circle of friends but we do tend to go out togethor for dinner and drinks on the odd occasion..
