I am looking to rent one of my rooms out, the flat is in the NV Buildings 400 yards (ish) from media city UK and the Lowry outlet and theatre. There are trams to Manchester city centre, Eccles and the Trafford centre with in a short walk.
The flat is a 2 bedroom single bathroom apartment, all bills are included.
£550 a month for the larger room, has a built in double wardrobe, some draws, a double bed and a socket for a TV. There is space for additional furniture if required.
£400 a month for the smaller room, has a single wardrobe a small bedside set of draws and a double bed. It is in my opinion very cheap for a room in this location, however it is a small room.
I would require 1 months deposit prior to moving in
