We are looking for a third flatmate to join us, as sadly our current housemate is moving city.

The bedroom is a modern, smart double with a brand new, sizeable en suite. It has unobstructed views over the Manchester Shipping Canal, and into the Coronation St set. At the moment we have a work-from-home set up, living room, dining table and kitchen in our open plan shared space, and a big balcony with cracking views. The building has a reception, CCTV and is secure.

We are a flat who gets on very well, and like to socialise with each other; we take it in turns to cook dinner, and would love it if you were keen to continue this. Any type of diet is welcome in our household, but communal dinners are always vegetarian (and can be vegan). One of us is also on a quest to cook a meal from every country in the world, so it would be great if you had adventurous tastes!

We like to spend time together chatting, having a couple drinks, reading in the sunshine and going for walks, or to one of the many nearby bars.

The flat is a 10 minute cycle (30 min walk) from a Tesco Extra or huge Sainsbury's, with smaller shops much closer, including a convenience store on the ground floor of our building. The flat is also a short 10 minute cycle to the Depot Climbing centre, where we like to go for a bit of a laugh and exercise after work. There is a secure, monitored bike shed on the premises.

We would love to have another fun, friendly person who likes a bit of a laugh, or a trip out, but is also happy to join in with Netflix binges.

LGBTQIA+ friendly Contract starts on August 3rd, but let us know if you need any flexibility.
