The room becoming available is the ensuite (with the yellow suitcases in the pic), a car park space is also available.
I enjoy going out for food /drinks, and I also like chill nights in. I'm also tidy and respectful.
Rent is £675 per month, bills are approx £150
The room is available from 25/05/24, although my flatmate has said he will likely move out from 11/05/24 as his new contract begins then.
