My housemate had to fly back to Australia due to family emergency. Subsequently will not be returning for at least another 6 months at this stage, perhaps longer..

Availability 25th May 2024 - Media City - £900 incl. bills & Council Tax Band D.
Salford Quays - Manchester.

Well appointed apartment and friendly housemate.

Would be great to have someone similar, professional & tidy.
Prefer hybrid working or full time outside home.
Not suitable for WFH full time or students/benefits.

High priority is trustworthy, excellent communicator, well mannered and respectful.

Someone who enjoys a laugh, cleanliness and perhaps sharing an occasional meal yet conscious of space, peace & quite and alone time.

I am an Aussie 🐨, University Lecturer, Author and a Business Consultant who works from home and on campus.

I need help for a temporary housemate/guest, not a tenant. Someone who would like to stay 6 months, perhaps a little less or more depending on my Aussie housemates return, someone to cover her share.

More like a guest with four weeks rolling with monthly contribution (fee) of £900 which covers bills, household products and private cleaning service.

You just supply your food and toiletries.

My home is a well appointed apartment with a lovely view, over Media City, in a gated community, with 24 hour Concierge/Security. 🌟

Fully furnished very comfortable double bed, good quality deep mattress, lots of lovely pillows, all bedding and towels included. Good amount of storage with wardrobe, and drawers.

The room is compact and comfortable, comes with working desk/chair, black out curtains, fastest Sky broadband and your own separate large, private bathroom including a lovely bath.

Very regular bus & trams (every 13 minutes or so) are opposite the apartment at Media City, Salford Quays, less than 15 minutes to the heart of Manchester or Trafford Centre.

Transport links are excellent and a number of long term car parks and paid cars spots can be found in the area-£100 to £200 per month.

Pleasing area with outstanding views of the canals, ongoing events, running clubs, Virgin gym, water sports centre, local markets, nice bars, Lowry theatre, Vue cinema, quality coffee shops, street food outlets, Co-Op supermarket and restaurants are all just about opposite.
