Salford Quays double room & own bathroom apartment

I’m currently living in Michigan Point Tower in MediaCity, Salford Quays, and I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one will be moving out in May.

You’ll have a double bedroom with the main bathroom to yourself, which comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and other essentials.

The apartment comes with a parking space for £85 per month. This is located in the underground car park under the building.

The building has some great facilities included in the rent:
• Private dining room
• Cinema room
• Gym
• Launderette

Rent: £675 per month (excluding bills)
With bills included, I currently pay around £800/£850 per month.

I’m ideally looking for a flatmate who is quiet, calm, and enjoys a peaceful home environment. I like to keep the flat tidy and organised, and I’m hoping to find someone who feels the same and naturally respects shared spaces.

I sometimes work from home, and occasionally I work away. It would be lovely to live with someone friendly and easygoing — someone we can cook dinners for each other with and catch up about our days after work, while still respecting each other’s personal space.

I also have a boyfriend who stays over occasionally; he is very respectful and mindful of the space.
