Hey girls, I will have a spacious double room with an ensuite available from the middle of May. I’m looking for a clean and respectful flat mate to move in🫶🏻

I’ve been in Manchester for over 2 years now and I’m hoping to find someone similar who I get along with. Ideally someone who is respectful during the week. I’d consider myself a girls girl so I’m hoping to find someone with similar interests 💕

I like going to the gym or pilates most evenings and at the weekend I tend to go out for drinks, brunch or have friends visit.

About the flat:
• It’s a new build flat, second floor, in a quiet close next to the canal.
• You’d have your own fully furnished double room with an ensuite.
• In terms of the living space I’m veryyyy clean and tidy so please only enquire if you 100% are as well💗
• The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need including a washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

Amenities: There’s a coop next door, big Tesco 10 mins down the road, pure gym and virgin active over the road and a retail park about 10 mins walk away. There’s also local brunch places, Starbucks, restaurants and a pub next door.

Location: Location wise the flat is perfect! Is opposite Exchange quay so 10 mins from Deansgate and 15 mins on the tram to the Trafford centre. There is also free parking close by or parking spaces you can rent in a safe building.

Bills: Bills including council tax come to around £160 a month each.
