My current flatmate is moving abroad and I’d like to stay in the flat so I need someone to take her space. It’s a double bed fully furnished en suite with a walk in shower room. The flat is in an immaculate condition as new. We were the first tenants and we kept it to a very high standard.
Currently the rent is 650/m without bills.
Bills:
Council band C which comes to £86pppm
Internet: 20pppm
Water&Electric varies by season and usage. We pay water twice a year.
Heating is electric raiators.
Other amenities:
Dishwasher
Washing machine/dryer combo
Microwave
Electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer. the usual stuff
TV - no neflix though :(
A tenant must be a professional in full time employment to not need a guarantor.
A female is strongly preferred. And someone working hybrid or full time in-office
Available May 9th. That's when the contract needs to start. Move in dates can be flexible depending when my roommate vacates the room.
A few non- negotiables:
A new tenant must be clean and contribute to upholding the tidyness of the flat and contribute to flat cleaning and equal share of household duties/maintenance as well as taking over some utility bills account because we will need to close our current electric bill account and start afresh.

Hey, I'm Roberta - I'm from Lithuania and been living in MCR for around 1.5y. I work in marketing on a hybrid basis.
I'm quite sociable so I like to chat with my flatmate about any topic tbh whether it's tiktok memes or politics.
I like to cook and bake, so I hope you like banana bread as I bake that quite often lol I do enjoy a nice chatter with a drink on a friday or just ordering a takeaway when I can't be bothered.
I also like my own space and get occupied with my own things.
I love going to the gym so if you're also a gym cat, wouldn't mind being gym buddies as I need a kick to go there sometimes. BTW, pure gym is 10min away door to door, and virgin active gym is about the same.
but above all I want to be comfortable in my own home and I hope you too so it's all about respecting each other's space and getting a long which shouldn't be hard as I'm quite chill but like to keep the living space orderly and cozy. You can ask my current flatmate if you meet her during the viewing.
Plus if you got a hoover and plants are very welcomed :)
