STUDENT Summer Short-term tenancy replacement

Hi! I’m desperately looking to find a tenant replacement for my studio flat at True Student in Salford (Media City) - I have the flat until the 30th of August and I am looking to move out ASAP. So you would have the flat from basically as soon as possible, until the end of Aug.

It’s a studio flat which includes:
- All bills
- Full access to a gym downstairs included with rent
- Your own private flat (no sharing) which includes a rainfall shower in the bathroom
- It has loads of free events every month hosted by True
- 9th floor flat and has the most perfect sunset views
- Anchorage tram stop literally just behind the flat and media city is just down the road (5 mins walk)
- Tram, buses, Beryl bikes and Lime scooters are all on your doorstep!!

You must be able to provide proof of student status in the UK.

It’s a beautiful little space and perfect for over summer as a short term let! If my flat is still available to rent for years 24-25, you might be able to stay.

It’s £207 pw - this is inclusive of everything. Can be paid either monthly or all in one go. Dual or single occupancy is accepted.
