Hi, I am looking for someone to take up my room in this amazing 3 bed apartment as soon as possible as I am moving to another place .

The apartment is on the top floor and has an amazing view. The room is well lit with 3 door wardrobe space. The bathroom has a bathtub and ample storage behind the mirrors. You will be sharing the bathroom with one of the flatmates. The utility bills come up to about £140-150 a month based on usage.

The building has a 24 hr concierge, gym, lounge and work space, kitchen and a cinema room which can be used anytime without any extra charges. There is a co-op next to the building and within 10mins walking you can find M&S, ALDI and Tesco Extra. The location is amazing and has good connectivity to city centre. Tram stop is right in front of the building which takes you to the city centre in 15mins.

The current flatmates are really sweet and amazing. Both are working professionals.

Looking for a female roommate who is ideally a working professional. Would love someone who is friendly and sociable but also respectful of other peoples privacy. Must be clean and tidy. Would prefer someone who would not be having too many house parties.
