Large Double - Great Location

I’m renting out the main bedroom in this amazing apartment in Salford Quays.

The room has 2 large fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and 2 side tables. You will have full use of the main bathroom and bath as i have the en-suite in my room.

The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and other stuff like an airfryer, microwave etc. The fridge/freezer is a decent size too. I keep the place clean and hope you will too.

There is a communal work space and gym as part of the rent.

I work in marketing and i mainly work from home but can be in the office 1-2 days per week. I like hiking, the gym, football and chilling with a film/tv. I’m looking for someone who is easy going and respectful. I don’t go out much but enjoy the occasional night in town for food or drinks.

I am flexible on length of time to stay, my contract runs to October but can be extended. It’s a small deposit to give me peace of mind. Everything is in my name so it’s less hassle for you as it’s makes moving in and out stress free.

The rent is 1375 then plus bills. I can do the price excluding or including bills but just easier to include them. I would say 850 bills each included.

There is free parking a few minutes walk that I use for my car.
