You will have your own room and bathroom in the property, I just ask that you maintain them and like to live in a clean and tidy place. Tidy life tidy mind. (I am far from anal about it, so dont worry)
Also large living area and kitchen. Parking is available I think it is £50 a year for the street parking outside the front.
