Double bedroom in Media City

Hey!

We're Shara & Alice and are sad to say our house mate is shortly moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room when we renew the tenancy. This is a 12 month tenancy with the option to break at 6 months. We would love to find a single girl similar to us to be our new bestie!

The tenancy renews on the 30th April so looking for someone who can fit around this time.

The room is a double room with a shared bathroom, there is a large kitchen/dining/living area that we all share.

You won't need any furniture for the shared spaces, just for your own bedroom. As you can see in the pics there is a built in wardrobe & room for drawers and a desk etc.

The flat has a large balcony with gorgeous views of Manchester and we catch both sunrise and sunset!

The rent is currently £566 each, with the bills adding roughly £150.

There is no parking available with the flat, however there is a free street 5 ish minutes walk away that we both park on.

About us;

We both work full time Monday-Friday, and work from home 1 day per week - would be ideal if you were in a similar situation.

We are pretty chilled during the week & are into our fitness, running and Pilates but then weekends we like to be out with friends, either going for a coffee or food and drinks!!

We both are tidy, clean and respect each others space and it’s important that we have someone the same.
