A double room in a two bed

You’ll have your own fully furnished room —
• The bathroom just outside the room will be for your exclusive use only (I have my own en-suite in my room).
• The house is located in Salford/Eccles, just approx. 3miles from Manchester City Centre, so you’re very close to all the action. Bus stop and tram station close by
• The communal areas are well equipped: kitchen with plates, pots, cups etc all set up you just move in.
• I have a PS5 at home and you’re welcome to use it l
• there's a gym and a retail park next door. I go to the gym regularly(no fixed time/schedule), so if you do too, that’s a plus.
• Wifi available.
• No allocated parking space, but there are spaces to park.
