It is a furnished, double bedroom, en-suite room in a spacious, modern flat. The room is large with space for added furniture (I put a desk in when I was there). Comes with two nightstands, a large wardrobe and drawers. En-suite includes a shelf above the sink for storage, a large shower and a heated towel rack.

The living room/kitchen is all modern with new appliances. It includes great views of the wider Salford area from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Amenities include a cinema room, public dining area and gym. Fantastic transport links with the Harbour City tram stop directly outside the entrance and the 50 bus stop a two-minute walk away. There is a Sainsbury's downstairs and all the shops, bars and restaurants of Media City are a short walk away.

The existing flatmate is a social media editor who enjoys football, the pub and pop culture. He is 23, friendly and very respectful in the flat (noise levels, use of kitchen, washer etc).
