Double Room Available - Close to Exchange Quay

We have a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space available in our lovely flat. The room is £650 per month including WiFi, with bills averaging under £130 per month.

The flat is well connected, with the tram only 10 minutes into Manchester St Peter’s Square, making it ideal for anyone working in town.

Parking: Underground parking may be available for around £150 per month, but this would need to be arranged through reception and there may be a waiting list.

You’ll be living with me and another current flatmate (26 & 27).
I enjoy reading, Pilates anything wellbeing related and I currently work from home, though I travel back to my hometown for work about once a month.
The other housemate is really into arts, culture, and anime and works on a hybrid basis with a couple of days in the office a week.

Our household vibe is peaceful, respectful, and fairly independent.
We all enjoy doing our own things but are friendly and considerate in shared spaces therefore looking for someone who will fit well with the calm atmosphere of the home.

We keep the flat very clean, so being tidy and respectful of shared areas is essential.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. Photos to follow in the coming days of the bedroom and bathroom.

The room is available from 9th May, but an earlier move-in from 1st May is also an option.
