Media City flatmate

Looking for flatmate May/June 🫶🏼

📍Media City - next to Harbour City tram stop.

Rent and all bills included inc council tax, electric, sky, wifi, water, it’s £900. It’s on floor 3 - You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (the bathroom I or my guests would never go in as I have an ensuite and that is your own space)

Parking not included - however I am on a waiting list for an extra space. (Currently 13th in line so wouldn’t be too long of a wait)

The building has amenities such as a gym, cinema room, social space with a balcony, laundrette (the flat does have a washing machine), 24/7 security and parcel room. There is a sainsburys below the building which is open till 11pm (perfect for a late night sweet treat) 🍫

You would have the place to yourself most of the time as I home to the lakes A LOT so I’m rarely in. I’m also at my boyfriends often as he lives near the airport so little less of a commute for me 🚗

Bit more about me, I’m 25 and flight attendant for easyJet. I’m tidy, social, very easy going and love side questing to try new foodie places or matcha go tos! I’m looking for a friend not just a roommate. I do love a good night out and a boogie from time to time but also love bed by 9pm 🤏🏽
