Unfortunately, my personal circumstances have changed and I need to be closer to work. The move in date is very flexible as I can work with your needs to move myself at any point. Rent is 577.50 pcm and there is a deposit - it would be paid to me directly which is 634.62.

Bills are not included but here is an approximate breakdown.

Electric & Water = depends on time of year and usage

You will have your own room and bathroom (which are the pictures shown and please excuse the suitcases – since I’m in the process of unpacking and repacking) and the bed is a double. Carpet is in good condition and there is a washing machine combined with a dryer in the flat. Any of the furniture in the pictures comes with the room and flat; Jazmine who is staying in the flat is in the process of buying new furniture to update the place, so if you have some of your own items, Jazmine is happy to discuss bringing it in!

The building is right beside the Ladywell Tram stop in Salford and a short walk away from the West One Retail Park which has Home Bargains, Lidl, and Iceland. The building has two entrances – one with stairs and one with an elevator – and has parking onsite as well.

A little about who you will be sharing with – Jazmine. She’s 31 and works in retail and enjoys a relaxed and friendly home and is easy to get along with. She loves the city centre, trying new food spots, going to the cinema, and being creative!

I am aiming to start viewings this coming weekend – Saturday, 11th of April – so send me a message when it could work for you to do a viewing from Saturday onwards.
