Female Flatmate Wanted - Salford Quays

Myself and my flatmate will have a room available in our gorgeous 3-bed, 2-bathroom flat from mid-end of June.

The rent is £594, and bills often come to around £150 (water, council tax and electricity) with a £500 deposit. Sophie has her own en-suite, so you would be sharing the bathroom with me.

The flat has a large kitchen/living space, a corner balcony with gorgeous views of the city. The location is absolutely ideal with Exchange Quay tram stop is right across the road so getting into town only takes 15mins! White City retail park (home to an Aldi and M&S foodhall) plus a big Tesco are only a 10 min walk up the road, and MediaCity is just round the corner!

Me and Sophie met on SpareRoom and we have become great friends, therefore for our next flatmate we would love someone who is kind, sociable, up for a cosy movie night plus the occasional cocktail in town 😇 We have a ‘what’s mine is yours’ approach to our flat, plus we’re both very tidy so we would also love to have someone who can take initiative with keeping the shared spaces clean.
