Spacious Double room with en-suite in Ladywell

Hello future housemate,

I am looking for a replacement housemate for our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Ladywell.

You will be living with Arton, 32 and a personal trainer and Kirsty, 28 who is a bio tech engineer.

They are both very laid back, clean, tidy and respectful of each other's privacy. We are looking for a 3rd person to join the harmonious household from MID AUGUST 2017.

The room:

Is a double with the only en-suite in the flat, which has a shower, sink and toilet. Kirsty and Arton share the main bathroom.

The flat itself is spacious, has an open plan kitchen/dining room. However we don't currently have a tv license but this is something we're open to getting. Good working washing machine, and plenty of clothes horses for drying clothes.

FULL FEES to move in:

Referencing fees: £175.00
Deposit: £341.67
Rent: £290.00pcm
Bills: £95 each a month per person.

Total rent with bills: £385.00

We don't socialise together too often as we all have busy lives, however they want someone who is laid back and doesn't mind a chat in the evenings.
