Well sized double bed room in a 3 bed flat. Located a minute walk from Peel Park (Salford uni) and about a 15/20min walk to the city centre.

Bills not included in price, but very reasonable and split equally with all flatmates.
Free parking for residents and visitors.

Direct flat access to outside garden area. - Havent used this space much since moving in over the winter but will start to make it look a lot nicer now as it will be great to use in the summer.

Room: Double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, clothes rail, electric heater, new curtains. Happy to get other reasonable items for the room e. g. desk and chair etc (included in one of the photos to show).

Modern bathroom: Well pressurised electric shower, bath, plenty of space for toiletries etc.

Kitchen: New Fridge and Microwave, Electric hob, Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Washing machine, and all the pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery etc needed. Also space to bring your own, whatever suits.

Living room: New smart TV with Netflix and prime, Dinning table with 6 chairs, chair and sofa.

A bit about me: I'm 24, from Belfast, and been living in Manchester since March last year, working in Ergonomics/design. Play hockey, enjoy a good night out when we can. Tidy, easy going flatmate looking for someone easy to get on with.
