Double Room House Share Close to the City Centre

Hi,

I'm Georgia, looking for a friendly housemate to take over my pervious housemates tenancy from around the 1st of June.

The House is a bright airy space situated on a quiet street just off Trinity Way and a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre and Victoria Train Station.

The property does have a parking space and a secure gate. However, I require my car everyday for work.

The room is an unfurnished double room, but does come with a built in wardrobe and shelves.

The rest of the property is furnished with amenities including dishwasher, washing machine and recently renovated shared bathroom.

I am a 26 year old working professional who is usually works in a office Monday to Friday. I'm looking for a someone who shares similar interests, clean, tidy and respectful of the space and ideally has a similar working pattern.

I've lived in the property for a couple of years and its important I find someone like-minded to share the space with. I personally enjoying finding new food and drink spots around town, getting outdoors and hiking as well as socialising.
