I am moving out on the 4th of May 2026 and am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy.
Flat is fully furnished and located on the edge of Salford (it’s practically city centre) and is a 5 minute walk from Victoria station, AO arena and The Arndale Centre.
Bills are not included and range from £200 - £250 per person depending on usage (this includes council tax, wifi, water, electric)
On site amenities include:

- a parking space is available for a fee
- outside communal garden and social space
Rent is £675 and is due on the 4th of every month.
You will also have access to your own bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath as my flatmate has an en-suite in his room.
Flatmate is a 24 year old professional male who is very tidy and easygoing who you will meet if you arrange a viewing.
Move in date is flexible within reason
