I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom apartment. It is just over a 5 min walk to Salford Central train station and 10 mins to Deansgate.

The apartment is on the ground floor with balcony off the living area. There is a single shared bathroom.

It is a single furnished room.

The bedroom has a brand new 4ft bed with a Silentnight miracoil memory foam mattress. Fitted wardrobes and overhead cupboards. You will notice it has been decorated since the video was taken.

There is also a small desk and chair which can be seen on the recorded video - these can be removed if not required.

The room is available immediately.

There is car parking available at the property and a space is available for an additional £45 per month.
Note, the minimum rental for a parking space is a 12 month period.

Unfortunately there is no space to store a bicycle safely/securely.

I am a 32 year old gay guy who is a non-smoker and I am looking to share with someone who also is a non-smoker.
