Room and private bathroom near airport

Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate for my spare room. It’s got it’s own bathroom and comes furnished. The rent includes all bills except council tax.
The flat is spacious, the bathroom in particular is big with a bath/ shower and storage. There is a bus stop right outside the flat which goes directly to the city centre and the airport in only 15 mins. There’s a tram close by so you can get plenty of places easily. There’s also on street parking and we are near the motorway making it easy to get about. I’m not looking for anyone in particular, just someone easy to get in with! I do have 2 cats but don’t go in your space and are very chill and friendly. The living room and kitchen is currently being done up so I don’t have new pictures yet but I’m happy to chat to anyone on the look out :) just ask me for anything else you would like to know!
